Project Description

The Town of James Island purchased this 6.6-acre property for a community park offering passive recreational opportunities and access to Mill Point Creek. Mill Point Park opened to the public in April 2025 and is located at 1259 Mill Point Road off of Sea Aire Drive. The park is open every day from sunrise to sunset.
